It also contains another will of the founder that he wants to erupt cheer, smile and satisfaction all over Japan.

We serve rich flavored tonkotsu soup and chewy thick noodles.
The soup is served in a hot clay pot heated up to 300℃ so that our guests can enjoy hot soup until they eat the last strip of noodles.

After countless trials, we finally made the best noodle for our soup. Our house-made noodle is produced from cerefully selected flour and has high water content ratio, which adds signature smooth and chewy texture to our noodles. Depending on guest's preference, we serve either cold/hot noodles.
